About Vigyapan

In 2016, I set out as a freelance web designer in Siliguri. For the first few years, I built websites for corporate agencies, small retail shops, and general service providers. It was clean work, but it felt distant from high-impact business outcomes.

Then came 2020—bringing the global freelance crash and forcing a complete restructure of my career and business focus.

I transitioned into a full-time role inside one of Siliguri's top private hospitals, managing their entire digital infrastructure, patient portal systems, and organic local search footprint.

Working as an active in-house developer and SEO expert in Siliguri, I saw the medical marketing world from the inside. I witnessed the massive friction points: patient compliance boundaries, strict clinical terminology, medical ethics protocols, and the absolute necessity of building deep clinical trust before a patient ever books a consultation.

It quickly became clear that generic digital marketing agencies simply do not understand healthcare. They optimize for clicks, whereas clinics and doctors need trust, credibility, and compliant, high-intent patient leads.

To bridge this critical gap, I founded Vigyapan. Today, we specialize exclusively in building digital patient acquisition systems for independent practices, specialty clinics, and pharma brands across Siliguri and its outskirts.
